Changelog

What changed, who it affects, and whether you need to do anything. Lesson-level wording fixes that require no action stay informational; migrations are called out explicitly.

Your exercise brief now stays with you

Starting an exercise no longer replaces the instructions you are following. Delegate keeps the task in the workspace while it listens for your submission, and the course map now treats the recommended lesson as part of the same learning path instead of a separate card.

  • Your task, deliverables, source files, and prompt guidance now stay available after Cowork opens.
  • The listening state includes a clear show or hide control, so the brief is always easy to recover.
  • The recommended lesson now follows the course map's row rhythm with a quieter highlight and compact resume action.

Action required: None. Your progress and lesson links are unchanged.

One personal workflow, two course speeds

The complete curriculum still includes 13 graded exercises. Seven now form the required core path, while six advanced and transfer scenarios are clearly marked as optional graded challenge labs. The capstone remains required.

  • A Daily Delegate brief now starts in Module 0 and follows the learner through the course.
  • Module 2 now includes a downloadable Starter Workspace and an optional voice-capture lab.
  • Module 3 now teaches snapshots, rollback, and verification receipts as one recovery pattern.
  • Module 6 now teaches taste with golden examples, an anti-example, explicit rules, and calibration.
  • Module 10 now frames scheduling as an operating cadence and includes an optional Dispatch lab.
  • Module 12 now explains plugin provenance, updates, migrations, regression checks, and rollback.
Action required

None. Existing progress and lesson links remain valid.
